Products are shipped only by UPS Ground, and only to the lower 48 states.  We ship within 48 hours.  Shipping times average 7-10 days from the day you place your order.  Shipping costs are based on the total of your order: 10% of the total dollar amount, with a minimum shipping charge of $7.95.  For example, if your total order is $100, your shipping charge is $10.00.  If you order two $10 items, for a total of a $20 order, your shipping costs would be $7.95.
